About the Journal

Phastika: Journal of Law (PJL) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Law Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Satya Negara Indonesia.

PJL is dedicated to advancing legal scholarship and fostering critical legal discourse in response to contemporary legal developments and challenges. The term “Phastika” reflects commitment and dedication, embodying the journal’s mission to promote rigorous academic discussion directed toward the realization of justice.

The journal welcomes original research articles, conceptual papers, and critical legal analyses from academics, researchers, practitioners, and students across various areas of legal studies, including Maritime and Oceanic Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, International Law, Procedural Law, Constitutional Law, and Administrative Law.

Published biannually in February and August, PJL aims to contribute to the development of both national and international legal scholarship through interdisciplinary and innovative legal research.
